Tim Fredere -
Head Coach
Tim Fredere founded this team in the U11 age group and has built them into one of the top teams in their Division in just a few short years. Under his guidance, the Dunedin Academy Hearts team finished undefeated in 2006-2007 season as a Division III team.
There have been multiple tournament wins and strong post-season finishes, including an appearance in the Sweet 16 round of the 2008 State Cup tournament.
Tim holds a National C Coaching License.

Dunedin Stirling Soccer Academy Trainer
The Dunedin Stirling Hearts play with the philosophy instilled by Don Tobin, Director of Coaching and Training with the Dunedin Stirling Soccer Club. That philosophy is:
- Not letting anybody outwork us – effort, determination and courage.
- Playing tight – meaning playing unselfishly, trusting your team-mates and doing everything possible not to let them down.
- Playing smart – meaning with good execution and poise.
The Dunedin Stirling Soccer Academy is a collaboration between Dunedin Stirling Soccer Club and Tobin's School of Soccer Science. This unique partnership allows for the highest levels of training and competition in a new and innovative atmosphere.
Gerry Lucey - Trainer
Gerry Lucey brings to the Dunedin Hearts more than just an impressive soccer resume. Gerry has experience training and coaching at all levels of the game, and is regarded as one of the most effective and sought after trainers in the area. Gerry currently serves as head coach of the Dunedin Stirling Academy's U-17 Boys teams, and is also currently an Head Coach at the University of Tampa.
Gerry Lucey has finished up his first season as the head women's soccer coach at Tampa. What an impressive season 2007 NCAA National Champion, 2007 NCAA Final 4, 2007 NCAA Regional Champion, 2007 SSC Champion, 2007 Tournament Champion, and 2007 NCAA Tournament. He was previously the head coach at West Chester for one season and also coached at his alma mater, C.W. Post. In three seasons as a head coach, his overall career record is 39-6-1.
