Dunedin Stirling Hearts
The Dunedin Stirling Hearts soccer team is an under-14 girls team with the Dunedin Stirling Soccer Club. They have been together for four years and shown outstanding growth and development in that time, competing strongly as a Division 1 team during the 2007-2008 season.
For the 2008-2009 season, the Dunedin Stirling Hearts were selected to compete in the FSL. They continue their development into one of the premier teams in the state.
As the Head Coach, Tim Fredere founded this team in the U11 age group and has built them into one of the top teams in their Division in just a few short years.
Under his guidance, the Dunedin Stirling Hearts finished undefeated in 2006-2007 season as a Division III team. There have been multiple tournament wins and strong post-season finishes, including an appearance in the Sweet 16 round of the 2008 State Cup tournament. Tim holds a National C Coaching License.
